This is an invitation to extend, expand and develop play, personal presence and the quality of connection to self and an audience. Through a series of experiential awareness building games and exercises, we will cultivate curiosity, explore emotional range and practice the bravery of sharing our vulnerability.Through letting go, following the body and our impulses, we can be in delight with the discovery of the moment.

Nayana Filekov is a Canadian based performer and clown. Beginning with scripted plays and musicals over two decades ago, she evolved, through the creation and wearing of masks into the worlds of clowning, improv, and original work. She is co creator and performer in the multi award winning shows "Falling Awake" from RAGMOP Theatre, "Habitats" supported by the Canada Council and the BC Arts Council, and in the in the clown troops The Ladies in White, The Poupon Parade, The Assembly and The Myrtle Family Band. She is a founder of Vancouver's cherished Dusty Flowerpot Cabaret. She is greatly dedicated to the work of play.
