Each day has a morning art workshop, afternoon art workshop, and outdoor activities. Thanks to our partners at New Orleans Kayak Swamp Tours, we are bringing the campers to Stallings Recreation Center twice a week to swim.

Join ArtCamp504 for a week of Art & Nature at City Park! Campers will experience nature in a hands-on and artistic way. We focus on plant and animal identification, geology, symmetry in nature, foraging and using nature's bounties to create our own masterpieces. Learn about Tree Science, Native American shelter building and material use, land formation and land loss, and more. We will visit City Park Botanical Garden, NOMA Sculpture Garden, Couturie Forest and Manchac Swamp. Campers will create collages and/or sculptures inspired by nature and present their work at our Friday gallery show.
