12x12xhand Closing Night
It's your last chance to catch 12x12xhand, a visual arts exhibit by the New Orleans Art Association. Member of the NOAA accepted a challenge to seek their inner child, and attempted finger painting. Using acrylic paints on 12"x 12" stretched canvases, the artists decided on the composition of their pieces, then proceeded to apply the paint solely with their hands and fingers. The results were colorful and delightful!
Join us for a closing reception with live music, hors d'oeuvres and drinks available at the bar, as well as an opportunity to view the artworks.
Secure parking will be available half a block away, on the opposite corner, on N.J ohnson Street. The easiest route seems to be from Franklin Avenue. If traveling from the river, turn left on N. Johnson Street. If coming from the lake, turn right on N. Johnson Street. Parking is in the lot, on the right, half a block past Arts Street.
